WHAT IS THE FORMULA ROULETTE?
The roulette formula predicts that there are 3/4 structures on the same category.
The address of the property is notified the same day of arrival, at the time of delivery of the keys.

The Residence Cristal is born along Riviera delle Palme, a narrow coastal strip rich of vegetation and close to the inland hill parts of Liguria.

Who arrives here is enchanted by the deep blue, the color that overlooks the landscape thanks to the nice and sunny climate all year round, and by the brackish perfume of the sea, that draws as a siren who are looking for an original location, full of events and places to visit within a few distance.

The Residence allows to choice the accommodation tailor-made for your requests.

The families that want to spend the holidays together, the couples that prefer a two-room flat, the groups of friends, can decide the most favorable formula.

In any case, a few moments are enough to feel comfortable and discover the various activities that can be done here.

The apartments are suggested for long stay (one week or more), all are furnished in a classic style and well equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing

holiday: cooking facilities to cook in autonomy, tv, direct phone, conditioned air and central heating, large and well-lit rooms to feel yourself at ease.

Each apartment has a balcony or overlooks on the inner garden, to enjoy the splendid landscape of Pietra Ligure.

Holiday centre with nice apartments about 400 metres from the beach and 1 km from the centre of Diano Marina, located in the east of the town.

The Residence offers: reception, lounge with Tv sat, outdoor swimmingpool, little bar and tennis court.

The 2-rooms apartments for 5 persons (50 mq.) and the 3-rooms apartments for 6 persons (60 mq.) are big and very comfortable. All the apartments

have a Tv and one or two balconies.

on the size:B3,B6 and C8.

TYPE B3 (max 3 persons): One Bedroom with double bed; kitchen (third bed in bedroom or kitchen); bathroom and balcony with sea view.

TYPE B6 (max 5/6 persons): One bedroom with double bed and bunk beds (or, in some cases, third bed), living room with kitchen with double sofa

bed; bathroom; balcony or garden with sea view

TYPE C8: ( max 8 persons): Two bedrooms, one with double bed and bunk beds and one with double bed, Living room with kitchen with double sofa bed; two bathrooms and balcony with sea view.

ANIMALS: only small size allowed but NO in common areas.
