The Residence “Il Ruscello“, was built on a fenced land with an area of ca. 1500 square meters located at the edge of the town of Manerba.
The distance to the historic center is approx. 2 km, only 250 mt. there are bars and a restaurant; opportunity to shop at approx. 800 m. A ca. 600 m is the “Garda Golf” with 27 holes.
The guests of the Residence can enjoy a 15-20% discount on green fees of “Garda Golf” as well as additional discounts offered by some golf clubs.
For every apartment there is a parking place directly on the ground of the structure. The recepition is shared with the adjoining Residence “La Corte”.
The Residence of 18 apartments are spread over two floors. Guests have access to a swimming pool (approx 14 x 7 m, open all season) with a special area for children (approx. 10 x 3 m), hydromassage, deckchairs and umbrellas. Immediately at the feet of the property is a romantic grove crossed by a stream that gave its name to the Residence.
In the beautiful area between the creek and the building (illuminated at night) there are some open spaces (available to all guests), barbecue grills and a small playground for children. Residence guests can use a laundry room with washer and dryer (coin operated).
The apartments are situated on the ground floor have their own garden and the apartments on the first floor have one or two furnished balconies. All units have independent access, the apartments are tastefully furnished with tiled flooring, kitchen with gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, LCD satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, air air conditioning and electric heating.
Non si può mai visitare lo stesso posto due volte.

Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, dining area, an access to a large furnished balcony (approx 20 sqm.) Loft with tatami floor and futon mattress, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Three rooms on the ground floor or first floor, approx. 50 sqm.:
Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, dining area, double bedroom, a bedroom with French bed or double bed, private bathroom with shower.

Small pets allowed, 6.00 Euro / day
Are not allowed in the pool and common areas
Bring: Bedding, bath towels and tea towels. It ‘may be possible to rent bed linen and bath towels
